Promotional Offer Terms

1. Pricing: The $999 promotional price is valid for single zirconia crown restorations only and applies to the crown fabrication and fitting. Additional costs may apply for preparatory work, anaesthetic, or complex cases.
2. Eligibility: This offer is available to new patients only. One promotional crown per patient. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
3. Validity: This promotional pricing is valid whilst promotional stock lasts. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Treatment Requirements: All patients must undergo a comprehensive dental examination before treatment. Not all patients may be suitable candidates for crown treatment. Clinical assessment will determine suitability.

General Terms

5. Deposits: A 50% deposit ($499.50) is required to commence treatment, with the balance due upon completion.
6. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations may incur fees.
7. Warranty: Our 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use. Warranty excludes damage from trauma, teeth grinding (bruxism) without protective splint, or poor oral hygiene. Warranty requires regular dental check-ups every 6 months.
8. Payment: We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Payment plans available on approved credit.
9. Health Fund Claims: We are preferred providers for major health funds. Gap payments will vary depending on your level of cover. Please check with your health fund prior to treatment.
10. Clinical Responsibility: All treatment is performed by qualified dental professionals registered with AHPRA. We maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance.

11. Personal Information: We collect personal information for treatment purposes only. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
